Authenticator App when I try to log in to CETBIX 2 0

I’m in the authenticator app, but when I try to log in to CETBIX, it says the secret PIN is invalid—even after refreshing it. What should I do now?


Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to CETBIX at www.cetbix.com.

  2. Click on Login enter password

    For Azure or Google SSO
    a. Click on Login with Azure (for Microsoft SSO)
    b. Click on Login with Google (for Google SSO)

  3. Enter your email address and click Submit.

  4. You will be prompted to enter a secret PIN.

  5. Open the app and tap the circle in the middle of the screen. A number will be generated.

  6. Enter the generated secret PIN and log in.

If this is your first time logging in, please continue with the steps below after signing in:

  1. Go to Edit Profile.

  2. Select Change App PIN (Password) and set a new PIN.

This new PIN will be the password you use whenever you log out and log back into the app.
